promoting a clean and safe coworking space during COVID19
We are committed to providing small businesses and remote workers a safe and clean work environment while we are open. We are a new space that opened before COVID19 took over our community, so our space is fresh and untouched. We are still adhering to best practices to maintain a safe and clean space for our community to gather and work. Here are eight steps we’re taking to allow physical distancing and practice good health while getting out of the house and back to work.
KEEPING OUR COMMUNITY SAFE
Adding More Space Between Desks
For additional security, we have added barriers between some desks that allow for additional social distancing.
Offering Dedicated desks in Private Offices
The layout has been updated and chairs have been removed to allow people to work further apart.
Face Masks in High Traffic Areas
Face masks will be encouraged in all high-traffic areas where social distancing is not easy. This basically means the kitchen.
Daily Cleaning
We have cleaning supplies and wipes everywhere. We are also cleaning surfaces, knobs, and commonly touched surfaces 3x a day.
Disposable Kitchen Items
In order to reduce high-touch surfaces, the kitchen will be stocked with disposable plates, cups, and silverware.
Hand Sanitizer Everywhere
We have cleaning supplies and wipes everywhere. We are also cleaning surfaces, knobs, and commonly touched surfaces 3x a day.
Plenty of Space
Because we are still a new space, we have room to spread out and grow. Each private office has enough space to spread out up to 6 feet.
Social Distancing Signs
If you want extra space, that’s OK. We will have signs provided that will let other people know.
